Anyone can apply for a Clean Start Foundation scholarship. While we allow anyone to apply, our commitment is to ensuring that our applicants who receive funding have a desire to transform their lives.
The Clean Start Foundation is proud to support veterans and first responders. That is why we give them priority over other applicants for treatment scholarships. The sacrifices of these heroes must not be ignored.
